Number of Board Meetings

Since the first meeting of the interim board of directors on December 6, 2002, the board has met 15 times: in 2003, on January 10 and 23, February 7 and 24, March 28, April 17, May 30, June 18, August 14, September 18, October 16 and November 27; and in 2004, on February 3, March 3 and 26.
